Measurement techniques

Measure around the widest region of the bust or chest by wrapping the measuring tape over the shoulder blades and under the arms.

Neck: Take a measurement around the neck as closely as you can get to the shoulder. Two fingers inserted into the tape will guarantee adequate ease for appropriate fitting.

Measure your waist at your natural waistline while wearing clothing.

Hips: Below the waistline, at the broadest region of your hips, measure your hip size.

Measure the inseam of a pair of pants from the crotch to the hem of the leg, using a pair of pants that fit well in length.

When the arm is extended forward, measure the sleeve from the shoulder blade over the elbow to the wrist.
