The Alte fashion style of Ayra Star, Teni and Tems

Tems is a singer and composer, made his official debut into the world four years ago with his soulful, seductive voice. The globe instantly fell in love with her talent and distinctive appearance as the video for "Essence" with Wizkid blazed through our screens! So much so that she attracted the attention of companies like Tommy Hilfiger and Reebok for international campaigns and posed flawlessly on the front covers of GQ Hype and The Sunday Times Style.

What factors define Tems' sense of fashion?

Dunsin Wright, who also serves as the Head of PR for upscale African brand Lisa Folawiyo, and Tems have been collaborating closely. Together, they have chosen for the vocal powerhouse a relaxed, effortlessly edgy visual expression that appeals to her love of the comfortable and informal while still being more refined and feminine.

Tems goes bold with colours and textures that are unique. It is safe to say she loves the moist, unusual fabrics and effortlessly slays in them.

Despite the fact that Tems may not always show all of her skin at once, she nevertheless embraces femininity in her own unique way. Lace and sheers are one thing, but the rising actress is now taking it a step further by donning more and more dresses—and occasionally, more form-fitting styles to highlight her stunning proportions! This specifically tailored Robert Wun outfit was a complete moment.

Ayra Star

The ideal fashion girl is Ayra Starr. Her clothing combines 2000s ideas with elements of the Alté subculture in Nigeria. These are her best appearances. The development of Ayra's fashion sense can also be seen in this period of Nollywood.

Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, also known as Ayra Starr, is a Nigerian singer. She was born on June 14, 2002. Ayra Starr, a Beninese native born in Cotonou, started her modelling career at the age of 16 with Quove Model Management before deciding to focus on music. She shared her first original song to her page in December 2019 after recreating a number of well-known songs on Instagram. She was noticed by music industry boss Don Jazzy as a result, and she subsequently signed with Mavin Records.

The ideal fashion girl is Ayra. Pat Ada Eze, one of her stylists, tells OkayAfrica that "her style is like her music - aggressive, outspoken, young, category defying, and superfluous." She is affected by a wide range of topics, but she is primarily drawn to interesting characters. Other times, it can be locations she goes to or recent movies she's watched; she's really present, and things are always getting better.

Ayra has demonstrated numerous times how much she likes mini skirts. She has presented herself in the finest of forms, textures, and fashions, including splits, wraps, and pleated miniskirts.

Ayra Starr performed on stage for the first time in June 2021. She wore a halter crop top, a sport short, thigh-high socks, and sneakers for the free performance for her fans, completely reinventing a 2000s classic. This outfit looks nice because of how effortlessly it was put together by mixing casual clothing items that didn't match.

What we love most about Ayra Star is that she is living her days fully while expressing herself through music and fashion.

Teniola Apata MON, better known by her stage name Teni The Entertainer, was born in Nigeria on December 23, 1992.
